Join us on Sunday, June 9th, at the Blackhawk Museum.
The Blackhawk Museum, located in Danville, CA, is a premier cultural destination in the Bay Area. The museum features six dynamic exhibits, including the Classic Car Collection, Art of Africa, Pat's Compacts, Into China, World of Nature, and Spirit of the Old West. Each exhibit offers visitors a unique opportunity to engage with a rich tapestry of cultures, history, and art.
We will start at 11:15am with an early lunch at a local restaurant in walking distance. (Lunch is optional and restaurant TBD). Then we will the join two guided tours, included with your admission ticket. The first tour, at 1:00 PM, provides a comprehensive overview of the Spirit of the Old West exhibit, while the second tour, at 2:00 PM, showcases the classic car collection in The Classic Car Gallery. After the second tour, attendees are free to explore the museum on their own.

Please try to carpool. The event champion, Stephen Geisheker, can take 2 people from the Castro area, and other attendees also might be able offer a carpool. Please let Stephen know if you need or can offer a ride. We will try to accommodate folks to the extent possible.
